Superior category olive oil obtained directly from the olives and solely by mechanical processes.
The olive for making this product are hand and mechanical picked. The period in wich the olives for this line are picked is about from the 15th of November to the 30th of December.
This line is produced with extravirgin olive oil extracted from olives located in the preSila hills, in Zagarise, Sersale, Magisano and Soveria Simeri towns.
100% Italian Product.
Max acidity when bottled is 0.6%
Peroxides: <8 meq 02/kg
It has still the flavour of a product coming directly from the mill.
