The olive for making this product are hand and mechanical picked. The period in wich the olives for this organic line are picked is about from the 25th of October to the 20/30th of November.
This line is produced with extravirgin olive oil extracted from organic olives located only in the town of Zagarise.
100% Italian Product.
Max acidity: 0.4%.
Peroxides: <8 meqO2/kg
The product is unfiltered, so it has still
the flavour of a product coming directly from the mill.
