Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
The olive for making this product are hand and mechanical picked. The period in wich the olives for this line are picked is about from the 25th of October to the first week of November.
This family line is made with extravirgin olive oil produced only in the land of the Catizzone family. The name of this specific land is "Pantane", always in Zagarise area. It' a kind a selection of our production. This Pantane land is at 500meters above sea level.

The product is unfiltered, so it has still the flavour of a product coming directly from the mill.
