SELLING POLICY: The customer should consider that these Selling Policies may change over time. Before buying, we suggest you check out this page for any modifications.
PAYMENT (Accepted Payment Methods):
- Cash On Delivery - ONLY FOR ITALY
- Bank Transfer
- Pay Pal
By "CASH ON DELIVERY" we mean giving cash directly to the courier when the package is delivered. If you choose this payment method, please be sure to have the exact amount of money, because the courier may not be able to give you the change. Cheques are not allowed as well. In case you pay Cash on Delivery, we will charge you € 4,70 more (VAT included).
If you pay by BANK TRANSFER, we will ship your package only after the transfer has been successfully completed. When filling in the "motivation" of the bank transfer, please report the following data: order number, first name and last name of the buyer. The average time for the bank transfer to be completed is no less than 3/5 working days. So, if we don't receive the money in 8/10 days, we will automatically cancel your order.
By "PAYPAL", there will be a charge of 3.5% + € 0,35 of the total amount.
BILLING: If you need an invoice for your purchase, you must send us precisely your Company ID and the VAT number at the registration customer format. You can update these information in your account even when you are able to process the order.
MONEY-BACK: Policy According to the laws in force (Dlgs 06/09/05 n. 206), the customer can give up the purchase in 10 days, after the package is delivered. In such case, the customer can contact us by e-mail or phone and follow the exact instruction. The acknowledgement of the receipt is essential. The products must be returned unspoiled, closed in the original package. The customer must also take care of providing another external package to protect the products. The returned package must be shipped to our address. You will get reimbursed of the price of the order without the shipping fee, in 30 days after you package has been returned to us. The customer is only in charge of paying for the return shipment.
PRODUCTS OF OUT STOCK: In case your purchased products are our of stock, we will contact you by email of by phone, in order to figure out how to proceed (full reimbursement or temporary suspension).
ORDER CANCELLING: The customer can cancel directly with the form of this web site.
PRIVACY NOTICE: Oiland S.a.s. di Pietro Catizzone & C. draft all the personal data of the own customers of the services offers in the Oiland Store, in the full respect of the Italian low in matter of privacy and, in particular of CE GDPR of 2016.
